General Hospital Spoilers for October 09, 2026 promise a Friday that Port Charles will not recover from easily. Sonny faces a personal blow he never saw coming from his own grandson. Chase doubles down on his defense of Willow even as the walls close in around her. Dante runs straight into a wall just when his investigation needs a breakthrough most. And Monet drops a truth about Jordan that could change everything Curtis thought he knew.

Sonny Loses Gio and Suspects Dante Is Behind It

Sonny will sit down with Gio for what looks like a reassuring conversation and walk away with something much harder to carry. Spoilers reveal that Gio plans to tell Sonny he is moving out to build a new chapter with Emma. On the surface, it sounds like a natural next step for the young couple. But Sonny will sense immediately that something else is driving the decision.

When Gio confirms he has real doubts about Sonny’s story, it will hit like a gut punch. Sonny may suspect Dante planted those doubts and steered his grandson away from him. Gio will make it clear this choice belongs entirely to him. Sonny will hold himself together and wish Gio well, but this loss could be one of the most quietly devastating moments of his week.

General Hospital Spoilers: Dante Hits a Wall and the Father-Son Rift Deepens

Dante has been pushing hard to get to the truth behind the Pentonville attack. Spoilers tease that his investigation runs straight into a major snag on Friday just when real progress felt possible. The roadblock could force Dante to rethink some of his assumptions about who actually ordered the hit. That shift may be harder to process than he expects.

Meanwhile, the personal damage between Dante and Sonny shows no signs of healing. Dante’s lack of faith already hurt Sonny deeply and that wound is still very fresh. Whether the investigation stalling pushes Dante closer to the truth or further from it remains to be seen. Either way, Friday looks frustrating for Port Charles’ acting police commissioner.

Chase Goes All In for Willow and She Knows It

Chase will show up at the Quartermaine gatehouse ready to go to war for Willow. Spoilers indicate he will push hard for a defamation lawsuit against Lulu. And he will point directly at Tracy, Brook Lynn and Michael as the people behind the article. He genuinely believes Willow is innocent and has no idea how wrong he is. His loyalty is absolute and it may be the most dangerous thing in the room.

Willow will feel grateful but quietly terrified. She knows the truth and Chase does not. Spoilers suggest she will stay anxious throughout their conversation even as Chase assures her he is fully in her corner. The gap between what Chase believes and what Willow actually did keeps growing wider with every promise he makes.

General Hospital Spoilers: Monet Rattles Curtis and Sidwell Rattles Isaiah

Curtis will still be processing the bombshell that Monet is Jordan’s sister when Friday’s episode picks up. Spoilers reveal that Monet will drop some unsettling hints about her estrangement from Jordan and make one thing very clear: Jordan has absolutely no idea what she is capable of. That warning should give Curtis serious pause about the deal he just shook on. Stella will also weigh in and remind Portia that Desmond needs his whole family around him right now.

Over in Sidwell’s hospital room, Isaiah will stop by to check on him. Spoilers tease that Sidwell will say something cryptic about plans changing, and it could leave Isaiah genuinely unsettled. Britt will step in to offer Isaiah some support after he recently lent her an ear. Anna will also bring her considerable expertise to bear on a situation that badly needs her sharp instincts.
