General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that we’ve got a November sweeps preview for you, so we should address some dangerous secrets, fierce faceoffs and messy romances that are on the way.
First, we should talk about Portia Robinson’s (Brook Kerr) paternity mystery since she’ll have to figure out whether Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) or Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) is the father of her unborn child.
Meanwhile, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will be busy going after revenge on Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) – most likely with the help of Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) after a disguised visit to Steinmauer.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) also has some election drama ahead of her thanks to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove), but she’ll turn to a familiar face for assistance when things get tough.

Drew will step up for Willow in other ways as well while Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) seem poised to do the same.
Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will have more tricks up his sleeve, but could his luck run out at some point and lead to bad news?
In the meantime, Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) could be pushed over the edge thanks to her feud with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot).
Will Ronnie decide to sell the Quartermaine mansion – and could she sell it to someone awful like Drew?
Although Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will grow closer, secrets could threaten to upend their growing bond.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will work to uncover those secrets as she tries to figure out more about Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) final project.
As Anna digs deep, she could put her life at risk in the process.
More details about Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) time away will be revealed at some point, so GH fans won’t want to miss all the twists and turns in his storyline.
While Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and ADA Justine Turner’s (Nazneen Contractor) manipulation of each other continues, their spark could make things complicated.
Speaking of complicated romances, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) have some marriage drama ahead of them due to the Drew shooting case.
