Tommy Chauvin quit Swamp People after season 9 and hasn’t been active on social media since. The Port Sulphur, Louisiana, resident debuted on the adventurous reality TV series in season 1. He became part of the main crew and showcased his alligator-hunting expertise in various episodes. Tommy had an on-again-off-again friendship with his co-star/stepfather, Joe LaFont, and had many arguments with him over the seasons. He also damaged his chest, eardrums, and eyes and looked to be in a rough shape. Tommy was still at risk of losing his arm in the summer of 2019. He was accepting donations via his GoFundMe page, where he had shared uncensored photos of his injuries.

It seems the accident has allowed Tommy to see his life from a new lens, and is grateful for the present. Tommy hasn’t shared any updates on his ongoing relationship. However, he has posted some interesting quotes suggesting he’s single after his breakup. Tommy from Swamp People hasn’t been active on social media since late 2023.
