Michael made a painful decision on the January 21, 2025, episode of General Hospital, and he’s taking a big secret with him.

A Painful Goodbye

As Chad Duell officially exits GH, Michael was woken up and asked which facility he would like to recover at: his wife’s choice of Johns Hopkins or his mother’s choice of the one in Germany? Unable to utter many words, he assured Carly (Laura Wright) that he wanted to go to Germany. But that wasn’t all he had to say.

“Sasha,” he said twice. Carly wondered why he wanted to see Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) and went to find her. Meanwhile, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) decided to go in and see him. She apologized for everything that happened between them, but when his pain suddenly worsened, Portia (Brook Kerr) was forced to sedate him before Sasha arrived.

When Michael was ready to be transported, Carly informed everyone that a medical jet with a private nurse was available for them, courtesy of Brennan (Charles Mesure). The WSB chief has done favor after favor for Carly and saw her out as she left to join her son in Germany.

Paternity Secrets

Although Sasha was too late to talk to Michael, she knew exactly why he wanted to see her. She revealed nothing to Carly or the rest of his family. However, when she went to see Maxie (Kirsten Storms) at Deception, she confided in her about her first prenatal checkup. Even when Maxie asked again about the baby’s father, Sasha assured her that he wasn’t in the picture, and she wasn’t ready to announce her pregnancy just yet.
