Now that Jason and Britt have swapped I love you’s, GH fans are torn over JaBritt: love ’em or hate ’em? ❤️💔 Here’s what viewers had to say about the couple.

Jason and Britt’s I love you’s have been the talk of GH fans across social media.

Things may have come to a halt for JaBritt now that Jason has been taken into WSB custody, but that’s not stopping General Hospital fans from revealing how they truly feel about the couple.

Yay or Nay for JaBritt?
Since their 2021 romance, Jason (Steve Burton, who shared what he’s been up to during his leave from GH) and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) have had a strange relationship, ended on several occasions by bad decisions and each of their respective “deaths.” But when Britt emerged from her supposed death last year, Jason was back and ready to pick up where they left off.

Of course, it was the classic soap slow burn between the two as Britt started out with what appeared to be a love/hate relationship with her former flame. But when Jason insisted on saving her from Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) and Sidwell (Carlo Rota), he meant it this time when he said he was putting her first, and that changed everything for Britt.

But by the time the two could finally swap I love you’s, it was too late. Jason was being hauled off into WSB custody, and Britt’s heartbreak broke the hearts of every JaBritt shipper watching.

When @soaptopias on X asked GH fans whether the goodbye scenes turned viewers into JaBritt fans, the opinions began flying in the replies.

“OH, YES!! Today…it did make me a #JaBritt fan!!” one viewer responded, while another revealed, “I love Jason and Britt together. But I’ve loved them since 2021. Waited a long time to finally hear them say I love you.” “I haven’t seen Jason smile in a while so,” quipped another, concluding with a heart emoji.

Of course, there will always be the supercouple fans. Among the many “JaSam forever” replies were some rooting for Jason and Carly (Laura Wright) or Jason and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). One kept it harsh with, “Nope never #Jarly always. #JaBritt was, is and never will be needed,” while another simply said, “#JaSam or #Liason are better.”
